That's Me

 My name is Pam Sanderson…and I live in South Jersey. I’m your typical mom…2 kids…boy Sam…girl Amber. And spend most of my days at the house cleaning, cooking, etc….you moms out there know the deal. 

 Being overweight over the years and letting myself go…was a big problem that I often faced…When the health concerns started to arise, such as diabetes, I started my journey on a lot of weight loss diets.

The bummer was every time I lost weight I would shortly gain it all back. At one point I’m sorry to say I went over the 200 benchmark in weight…

The passion in my marriage seemed to be at an all time low, and I could tell my husband sadly did not appreciate my body any more.  : ( 

 Then yea I tried the Every Other Day Diet and got some pretty great results.

The main reason was because I still could eat the foods that I loved every other day. Followed by a healthy day of eating with small meal plans. I didn’t only burn weight I actually learned a lot of how the body works to burn fat, and how to make a long-term eating change to keep the weight off.

Since I’m starting to ramble on and on I’ll start to sum it up. 

Bottom line: Had great success…easy step by step instructions…fast weight loss for me…and finally feel comfortable about my body again! : )
